The Clean Beauty Awards are designed to recognize products that meet rigorous clean formulation standards while delivering real performance. Unlike popularity contests, the awards involve ingredient scrutiny and evaluation by industry experts.
For ETHYST, this recognition is especially meaningful because it validates the philosophy behind every formula we create.
From the beginning, ETHYST was built to raise the standard for what “clean skincare” should mean. The term is widely used across the beauty industry, but it remains largely unregulated. That has created significant confusion for consumers trying to understand what ingredients are truly safe and supportive for long-term skin health.
ETHYST was created to remove that ambiguity.
Every formula is developed under what we call the Champagne Standard™, an ingredient exclusion list of more than 3,200 substances paired with a barrier-first formulation philosophy designed to support the skin microbiome and long-term skin resilience.
