Cancellation policy

If you purchase a subscription or recurring product from us, you may cancel at any time.

Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Once a billing cycle has processed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription, or by contacting us at support@ethyst.com for assistance.

There are no cancellation fees. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
