By subscribing to any product or service on this site, you ("Subscriber") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Subscription Agreement.

1. Self-Managed Subscription

Your subscription is fully self-managed. This means:

  • You can cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription anytime via your customer portal.
  • We do not process subscription changes or cancellations via email, social media, or phone.
  • You are responsible for maintaining access to your customer portal and ensuring changes are made before your next billing date.

2. Billing and Renewal

  • All subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected frequency (e.g., every 30 or 60 days).
  • You will be charged automatically on the renewal date using the payment method you provided.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your billing information is current and to make changes as needed before renewal.
  • Removing a payment method from Shop Pay or any digital wallet does not cancel an active subscription. Your subscription billing will continue according to your agreed schedule. To cancel your subscription, you must do so directly through your customer account or the Shop app — not by removing your card.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, you must take one of the following actions before your next billing date:

  • Log into your customer account on our website and cancel from your subscription dashboard.
  • Cancel through the Shop app under your active subscriptions.

Cancellation is not effective until confirmed through one of the above methods. Removing a payment method, contacting us via email or social media, or any other action does not constitute a cancellation.

4. No Refunds for Renewed Orders

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be refunded due to failure to cancel or modify in time.
  • We are unable to intercept or stop shipments once processing begins.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed for orders that were billed in accordance with this agreement — including renewals where cancellation was not completed through the proper channel — will be contested with documentation of the subscription agreement, billing authorization, and order fulfillment records.

5. Communication Policy

  • For security and privacy, we do not make subscription edits on your behalf.
  • All subscription management must be done by the customer through the account dashboard.
