ETHYST® Workplace Wellness

Practical Wellness Education for Modern Professionals

ETHYST® Workplace Wellness Education offers approachable, science-informed sessions designed to help employees better understand the connection between stress, sleep, self-care, skin health, and overall well-being.

About the Program

ETHYST® Workplace Wellness Education provides practical sessions focused on stress, burnout, sleep, self-care, skin health, and overall well-being. Led by Amber Champagne, a licensed esthetician, herbalist, former Senior National Educator and Global Content Creator for LVMH, and founder/formulator of ETHYST® Skincare, each session translates complex wellness topics into realistic strategies employees can use in everyday life.

Workshop Topics

  • Stress, Burnout & Skin Health

Chronic stress affects far more than productivity. It influences sleep, recovery, resilience, and even skin health. This session explores how prolonged stress impacts the body and provides practical strategies to support well-being without adding more to an already full plate.

  • Sleep, Recovery & Self-Care for Busy Professionals

Quality sleep is essential for physical health, mental clarity, resilience, and recovery, yet it is often the first thing sacrificed. This session explores the science of restorative sleep and realistic self-care habits that help employees recharge and perform at their best.

  • The Connection Between Skin Health & Well-Being

Your skin is much more than a protective barrier. It is closely connected to your nervous, immune, and digestive systems, making it one of the body's most visible indicators of overall health. This session explores the science behind the mind-body-skin connection and how stress, sleep, gut health, inflammation, and daily habits influence both skin health and overall well-being.

  • Perimenopause, Skin Changes & Supportive Self-Care

Perimenopause affects far more than hormones. Changes in sleep, stress tolerance, energy, mood, and skin can significantly impact daily life. This session helps participants better understand these changes and provides practical, supportive strategies for navigating them with confidence.

  • Building Sustainable Self-Care Habits

Many self-care routines fail because they're unrealistic. This session focuses on building practical, sustainable habits that support long-term well-being without adding unnecessary complexity or pressure.

Please note: Any session can be customized or developed to align with the goals, audience, and wellness initiatives of your organization.
